If Florida’s personal injury protection laws will be changed this year, it will be up to the state Senate, which has placed a bill on the issue on a special order calendar for Tuesday, March 6. Efforts to reform the PIP laws are designed to lower insurance premiums by reducing fraud in the system

Obama: Expand small business health care tax credit
